At Stüssy London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fresh gear. However, if the fit isn’t quite right or you’ve changed your mind, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy.

1. 14-Day Return Window

We maintain a 14-day return policy. Consequently, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Specifically, this means:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Start a Return

Instead of just sending the item back, please contact our support team first. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately. Furthermore, the credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Because our stock moves fast, the quickest way to get a different size is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one.
